• Lead Generation – to identify opportunities, produce leads and book appointments with identified clients or decision makers
• Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin
• Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports
2.Corporate Relation Management/Client Retention
• Work on business partnership to build Corporate rapport and brand awareness
• Provide quick and reasonable solutions to corporate client query requests and complains
• Provide support to client concerns by liaising between departments and branches
• Provide suggestions, solutions and action plan to Operations Team to improve corporate service and minimize complains
3. Corporate Marketing: Work closely with supervisor and other members of the Sales and Marketing Teams to achieve departmental goals. And work on special events to entertain existing partners and prospects
4. Planning/Confidential information:
• Gather market and competition data through research and networking
• Get feedbacks and suggestions from various clients to develop corporate wellness services based on industry needs
5. System Policy Management:
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team
• Proper use of software and internal sales systems including all follow up systems and sales policies, pricing policies
• Utilize all corporate tools given
6. Other Responsibilities:
• Maintain an updated database of current and potential clients to high degree of accuracy and detailed information
• Protects company’s value by keeping all information confidential

Required skills: knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, especially in Power Point and in Excel program, good communication skills, leadership skills, decision maker and team player
At least 3 years of working experiences in the related field is required for this position
Preferably 2-4 years Experienced Employees specializing in Sales- Corporate or equivalent
Strong understanding of customer dynamics and requirements
At least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management
Languages requirements: Fluent in both written and verbal Vietnamese and English
