MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create great first and last impressions to guests and control the access to the spa. Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and handle them professionally. Enforce all Spa policies relating to the front desk. Operate the Spa reservation system, and assist other departments in administrative duties and projects as required.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- At least vocational training in hospitality or similar discipline (New graduate will be trained to do the job.)
- Good inter-personality skills and outgoing, friendly, strong customer service mindset & attitude
- Good at English communication skills.
