- Determines employees’ schedules.
- Tracks customer behavior and sales.

- Maintains drink recipe documentation.
- Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines

- Associate’s degree or higher in hotel and restaurant management a plus. Bartender’s license.
- Experience with developing a constructive working and interpersonal relationships with colleagues and customers
- Good time-management and leadership skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Calm under pressure

- Customer-centric
- High school diploma; food safety training will be considered a plus
