JOB SUMMARY
- Ensure dishes are prepared according to predetermined recipes and procedures.
- Responsible for food hygiene and safety from ingredient preparation to processing and presentation.
- Supervise and check ingredients prepared for each shift.
- Ensure a safe working environment and prevent accidents in the kitchen area.
- Train new employees in the kitchen as required, assigning assigned tasks.

- Certificate in specialized cooking
- Have experience working in a similar position.
- Good communication and customer contact skills
- Ability to observe and pay attention to details
- Able to work well in stressful and high pressure situations
