- Ensure dishes are prepared according to predetermined recipes and procedures.
- Responsible for food hygiene and safety from ingredient preparation to processing and presentation.
- Supervise and check ingredients prepared for each shift.
- Ensure a safe working environment and prevent accidents in the kitchen area.
- Train new employees in the kitchen as required, assigning assigned tasks.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- High school diploma or suitable equivalent
- Tourism & Hospitality experience preferred
- Competent in Microsoft Office software
- Feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment requiring multitasking
- Strong problem-solving skills required
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities
- At least 1 year of related work experience
