- Train and supervise the work of kitchen staff in designated areas
- Ensure personal hygiene and appropriate behavior with all members of the kitchen
- Produce high-quality food in specialized areas during food preparation
- Check the flavor, temperature and appearance of prepared dishes to ensure quality and portion sizes meet the standards set for that dish.
- Ensure that all safety, health, security and loss control policies and procedures and Government legislation are adhered to
- Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by Management
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- High school diploma or suitable equivalent
- Tourism & Hospitality experience preferred
- Competent in Microsoft Office software
- Feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment requiring multitasking
- Strong problem-solving skills required
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities
