Train and supervise the work of kitchen staff in designated areas
Ensure personal hygiene and appropriate behavior with all members of the kitchen
Produce high-quality food in specialized areas during food preparation
Check the flavor, temperature and appearance of prepared dishes to ensure quality and portion sizes meet the standards set for that dish.
Ensure that all safety, health, security and loss control policies and procedures and Government legislation are adhered to
Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by Management

- Associate’s degree, diploma, or certification in culinary arts is advantageous.
- Proven commercial kitchen experience.
- Sound knowledge of food health and safety regulations.
- The ability to stand for extended periods.
- The ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
