Operational Excellence- Optimize operations across Elite Fitness’ clubs to ensure efficiency, cost control, and seamless customer experience.- Standardize SOPs, training programs, and service delivery models to maintain brand consistency and quality.- Implement technology-driven solutions (CRM, booking platforms…) to enhance operational efficiency.- Oversee vendor negotiations, and procurement activities to reduce costs and improve margins.- Strengthen compliance with hygiene, safety, and regulatory requirements to avoid legal risks and operational disruptions.Financial Management & Profitability- Drive P&L accountability through strategic revenue and cost management.- Develop and execute pricing strategies, membership programs, and service diversification to boost revenue streams.- Implement cost-reduction initiatives, operational efficiencies, and workforce optimization to enhance margins.- Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and budget adherence across all locations, ensuring clear profitability goals.Revenue Growth & Business Expansion- Identify new revenue opportunities, including premium services, upselling strategies, and high-margin treatments.- Drive corporate partnerships, brand collaborations, and strategic alliances to expand market reach.Customer Satisfaction & Member Retention- Ensure a consistently exceptional customer experience at every touch-point, optimizing service delivery, engagement, and retention strategies.- Leverage data analytics and customer feedback to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction.- Stay ahead of industry trends; introduce new exercises, products, and service innovations to maintain competitive advantage.- Enhance customer retention and loyalty programs to maximize lifetime value and repeat business.Landlord & Lease Management- Build long-term, strategic relationships with landlords, ensuring win-win relationships with landlords through proactive engagement.- Proactively address lease terms, rental escalations, and dispute resolutions to maintain strong partnerships.- Identify cost-saving opportunities, such as rent reductions, revenue-sharing models, and shared maintenance agreements.- Negotiate lease renewals, rental adjustments, and property improvements to secure favourable terms and minimize financial impact..- Oversee site selection, lease structuring, and new location feasibility studies for expansion.Leadership & Team Development- Build and lead a high-performing team.- Set clear performance targets for frontline teams (sales, PT), club managers, marketing as well as other HoDs.- Implement incentive programs and cost-efficiency initiatives to align workforce productivity with business goals.- Foster a culture of customer-centric, result-driven, continuous learning and development.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- 10+ years of executive leadership experience in fitness, hospitality, retail, or multi-location businesses.- Strong expertise in budgeting, P&L management, cost optimization and operational efficiency.- Excellent leadership with proven experience in developing high-performing teams, building leadership pipelines, and driving employee engagement.- Excellent negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
