- Create a welcoming environment by greeting guest, offering assistance, provide information to guests about the spa, available facilities, activities, lessons, products, services, equipment and giving tours of the health club and spa facilities
- Receive and process telephone calls or emails, including reservations, general inquiries, call transfers, gift certificates sales
- Assist and instruct guests using the health club equipment in an appropriate and timely manner
- Interact and communicate with guests and members in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in health club and spa area (reception, fitness center, treatment rooms, changing room, pool and tennis court)
- Pool attendance cleans the swimming pool (remove the moss, vacuum the dirty, …) make sure the quality hygiene of water
- Provide assistance to injured guests until the arrival of emergency medical services.
- Check the spa area and changing rooms routinely every 30 minutes to ensure stocking with adequate paper goods and soap, setting up amenities and lockers, cleaning all surfaces, and emptying trash
- Maintain cleanliness of pool water and general pool area including emptying used pool towel bins, organizing pool furniture, setting up and refilling towels, picking up trash on pool deck as needed, and neatly arranging the pool storage shelves
- Check the gym area routinely every 30 minutes to offer towels and mineral waters to guests, wipe down all machines, remove used towels, trash, debris and maintain gym equipment in full working order.

- Good knowledge of spa products and all gym equipment to be able to promote them and can give
general advice to guests and members
- Excellent multitasking skills to successfully handle several assignments together
