- Review arrival lists to welcome guests
- Attend to special guests and answer their inquiries
- Help prepare welcome folders with collateral
- Provide information about amenities, areas and venues and promote services
- Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers
- Offer assistance with certain tasks (e.g. confirming travel arrangements, taking messages)
- Address customer complaints and escalate to the Manager when needed
- Ensure compliance with health and quality standards
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- High school diploma or suitable equivalent.
- 1+ years of guest relation officer experience preferred.
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards
- A customer-oriented and professional attitude
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Available to work shifts, over weekends, and on public holidays.
