Marketing Manager (Fitness)

- Research and analyze the market and customer behavior to provide development directions for products to meet market demands.- Analyze and periodically plan marketing activities, including PR, communications, and brand advertising, in line with the overall strategy.- Implement and monitor marketing activities, ensuring progress and quality to achieve business objectives; propose monthly/quarterly budgets for marketing activities to meet revenue targets for each club.- Prepare reports, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of brand development and marketing activities; be accountable to the Board of Directors for the quality and results of these activities.- Establish, maintain, and build relationships with the press, media, KOLs, and forums related to the company; evaluate communication effectiveness.- Directly recruit, train, and manage the marketing department's team.- Work closely with club managers to propose, evaluate, and support the clubs in achieving business objectives, including assessing the potential of specific areas.- Execute the company's marketing campaigns.- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.
