Welcoming, counseling clients on all products and services of La Soie Spa polite, knowledgeable, professional, sales oriented.
To ensure the reception desk is which provide sufficient information for clients as well as Spa product, time, service, and especially need to know how to incorporate rhythm in the schedule available from the guests to the therapists.
To understand and proficient use of the payment system for Spa in the hotel.
Be responsible for taking care of the payment of products and services politely, knowledgeably and professionally.
Ensuring the payment to customers is always fast, clear and accurate.
To perform other specific tasks by the Head of Department- Spa Supervisor.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Fluent English, a second language will be an advantage (better if it’s the same where the hotel is based).
Be active and creative, Ability to do teamwork and independent work.
