• Spa concept is documented, implemented and monitored
• Ambiance as in lighting, sound, temperature, odour, decoration, cleanliness constantly projects the outlet concept
• All spa stars demonstrate the Fusion Maia service behaviours at every point of contact
• The Sequences of Service (SOS’) are consistently applied in all areas of the spa
• Quality of spa therapies is consistent as per standard
• Any service recovery issues are reported, investigated and corrective action is taken
• Guest satisfaction and feedback is actively obtained and used to enhance the guest experience
• Any guests with complaints are spoken with by senior management
• Budgeted revenue figures for each outlet are achieved
• Daily, weekly and monthly reports are prepared in time and sent to management

- Hotel Pre-opening experience is a plus
-Proficiency English communication and computer literate
• Strong inter-personality, leadership, and creative skill
• Strong in driving results and people management and development.
- Knowledge of the product and competitive environment is required
