1. Daily Operation of Department (Functional Work):
- Consolidate time & attendance data for monthly salary calculation
- Coordinate with all divisions, analyze and propose KPI of Overtime/Annual leave
- Manage overtime of divisions by reporting monthly and making recommendation to manager in order to optimize overtime
- Work with line managers to establish an annual leave plan for employees, monitor implementation of the plan through monthly/quarterly reports to managers, and highlight leave taken status.
- Act as an administrator for Time & Attendance system to ensure on time in full updates, generate reports, and maintain the highest data accuracy.
- Identify limitation/errors and recommend solution to improve systems and procedures."
- Record employee information, such as new hired contract ,contract renewal, transfers, and resignations, salary & allowance changes in month to update payroll records.
- Verify salary data including working hours, leave days, shift allowance days, night shift hours to ensure correct calculation from HR system & adjust if any
- Carry out and record adjustments to pay related to previous month retroactive increases/decreases due to leave /working hours changes
- Consolidate monthly time & attendance data including previous month retroactive increase/decreases, overtime, working hours, shift allowance days, night shift allowances in salary data report
2. Procurement:
- Assist to leader to make annual procurement plan
- Implement annual procurement plan: building criteria, participating in bidding process
3. Reporting:
- Prepare relevant reports to Leader and Manager. Support to prepare the reports for higher levels
- Prepare reports to Authorities as per requirement
4. Budgeting:
- Assist to leader to analyze expenses to build budget for required items in the team as per approved procurement plan
5. Policy and procedure
- Propose, evaluate and modify the policies (Working time policy...) and procedures (leave/overtime submission procedures…) to make sure that all the C&B policies are competitive and in compliance with legal requirements/Company's strategies.
6. Building capability of teams
- Develop personal capabilities using existing formal and informal training opportunities
- Coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals.
7. Project Management
- Work within established projects relating to C&B: Develop and Improve C&B system to improve the accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness
8. Other tasks assigned by Managers and other superiors
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Educational Level : University or College
Specialty/Qualification : A Bachelor's degree of Accounting, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law or related area.
Work Experience : 4-8 years of experience in C&B or relevant fields, preferably in international companies (have both Vietnamese and Expatriate Staffs) in manufacturing/oil & gas.
Skills :
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and writing communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
- Strong Time Management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines
- Skills and ability to constantly update, practice and apply laws
- Strong at data management skills
