Dispatcher Supervisor

• Responsible for the full dispatching and changes of vehicles, which includes planning & dispatching drivers for different routes.

• Identify and evaluate operational needs and arrange appropriate drivers and vehicles.

• Check and confirm starting and ending kilometres after each ride is completed and ensure accurate data is logged for reports and month-end payment.

• Keeping records, monitoring driver daily itinerary logs, drivers' working hours and vehicle availability and keep the management team informed of major changes that affect fleet operations and schedule.
