- The Spa Manager / Assistant Spa Manager will be responsible for the direction and co-ordination of day-to-day operations of the Spa as well as financial accountability.
- The Spa Manager / Assistant Spa Manager will ensure that all Six Senses standards are upheld at the Spa in addition to Host relations.
- This will require developing a strong team through effective communications and supervision of the all related areas.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 3 years experience in Spa Management
- Strong wellness background and has passion for Wellness
- Strong Management and commercial skills
- Possess Holistic view on Health and Wellness
- Qualifications & experience in Health, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Nutrition, Ayurveda, Yoga, Beauty and/or Massage therapies (HAAC - holistic Anti Aging Centre, ITEC, CIDESCO, CIBTAC or equivalent.)
- Excellent English, writing and communication skills
- Business acumen, inclusive of Sales & Marketing with ability to drive revenue
- Empowered as a role model to inspire others through creativity and communication
- Takes ownership in building positive relationships and developing people
- This position is open for locals and expatriates.
