• Assist and monitor opening and closing daily check-list
• Be able to arrive at Spa prior to appointment time.
• Ability to be familiar with, and able to describe all Spa treatment.
• Set up and organize treatment room as per Six Senses Spas standards.
• Make sure treatment rooms have enough supplies at all times and as per Six Senses Spas standards.
• Ensure all equipment is well maintained and in safe condition.
• Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the Spa and own treatment rooms.
• Request and collect the stock of supplies necessary for the treatment rooms.
Conduct treatment
• Ensure all guests are greeted in Spa lounge.
• Escort guests to different areas and explain the Guest Journey.
• Serve the welcome drink or other menu offerings to the guests when required.
• Check with Spa Consultant for guests with medical condition.
• Adjust condition, music’s volume in treatment rooms.
• Perform body/ haircare/ facial/ nail treatments as per Six Senses Spas standards.
• Be able to explain to guests draping procedure for privacy and professional reasons.
• Provide prompt, courteous and accurate service to guests at all times.
• Complete written prescriptions for guests whenever application
After treatment
• Ensure all guests are departed and thanked by name.
• Treatment rooms are checked and maintained after each use.
• Properly keep a clean, sanitize work area for next guest arrive.
• Removed all dirty towels and linen removed from massage room after each guest use.
• Handle guest complaints and record all guest comments.
• Properly close station.
Merchandise
• Be able to familiar with existing and new products merchandise.
• Ability to interact with guests courteously and sell merchandise.
• Personally log all product recommendations.
• Be committed to achieve individual and group targets.
• Motivate the team in the sale of retail products
Training
• Assist to record and maintain all Spa therapist’s training records of completed task assessed: for certification: massage, nail care, hair care and skin care.
• Prepare training report/ training plan and keep to submission schedule of reporting for Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly/ Bi-Annual and Yearly Report.
• Be able to conduct audits through various means: Q&A, multiple choices and reported all failed audit to manager.
• Properly review and update training materials.
• Give frequent feedback and recognition when hosts do well.
• Provide coaching and counselling to the therapist sessions to host when needed.
• Regularly update knowledge and skills in massage / beauty therapies.
• Ensure self and team members attend mandatory and other training programs by allocating dedicated training time.
• Do training needs analysis of each host.
• Give timely and specific performance feedback to hosts.
• Work in liaison with the Spa Management to maintain all training standards.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Qualifications: Spa Industry or Resort/Hotel Experience.
Anatomy & Physiology, Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy (all at NVQ, ITEC, or CIDESCO).
Work Experience: Two years or more of experience in beauty and massage therapies, preferably in a managerial level.
Technical Skills: Advanced MS Office and Outlook skill.
Knowledge of healing therapies, spa treatments, beauty products, wellness traditions and fitness.
Understand the latest trends, gadgets and health techniques in the market.
Very good command over written and spoken English.
Work Environment: Must be able to apply physical pressure for long durations.
