1. Carries out daily general cleaning of all areas of the treatment rooms, washrooms, and Spa public areas in accordance with departmental standards.
2. Ensures that Spa ambience set up is in accordance with departmental standards.
3. Ensures that guests are greeted using their names at all times.
4. Delivers soiled linen and collects clean linen from laundry service as directed.
5. Ensures that correct quantity of cleaned linen is received from laundry.
6. Ensures that soiled linen is collected, sorted, and bagged in accordance with departmental procedure.
7. Ensures that adequate supply of guest amenities and supplies are maintained and provided.
8. Greet guests in accordance with the company’s uniquely Thai policy. Escorts guests to the treatment rooms and serves beverages upon completion of the treatment.
9. Prepares and serves cold towels as directed.
10. Checks that all treatment rooms, washrooms, and Spa public areas are in good working order, and to report defects to the Senior Spa Attendant.
