People
• Direct/Manage everyday activity, plan and assign work ensuring sufficient cover for all areas.
• Develop your team and improve their performance through coaching and feedback, and create performance and development goals for colleagues
• Train colleagues to make sure they deliver with compliance and to the standards we expect
• Drive a great working environment for teams to thrive - linking up the team to different departments to create sense of one team
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments
• Recommend or initiate any HR elated actions where needed
Financial
• Leads in creating and achieving the department’s annual budget and departmental goals/KPOs
• Monitors revenue and manage expenses. Ensures adherence on revenue maximization practices and minimizing of expenditures
• Continuously seek new revenue streams and improvement of profitability.
• Conducts periodic spa operational self-audit to ensure alignment on accounting standards.
Guest Experience
• Ensure spa facility is ready to receive guest every single time.
• Ensure spa journey is carried out for every guest and standards are observed in all aspects of the journey- reservation, arrival, treatment time and departure.
• You are the forerunner of guest interaction. Ensure all guests are checked for satisfaction on spa experience.
• Analyze guest data and seeks ways to address needs and improve guest loyalty
• You consistently exhibit brand ambassador qualities and practices including physical presentation and actions
Responsible Business
• Conducts periodic spa brand self-audit to ensure alignment on standards and keeping up with trends and competitors.
• Ensure full participation and observance of Fire, Life, Safety standards, risk measurements, compliance to brand standards and best practices in reducing carbon footprints
• Ensure observance of accounting practices
• Other ad-hoc duties – unexpected moments when we have to pull together to get a task done
• May also serve as manager on duty (MOD) on request.
• May assist with other duties as assigned by management
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Education:
University degree on related field, Diploma or certificate in Leadership, Spa Administration/ Management or equivalent Experience
2. Service years in the field: Eight (8) years
3. Service years in supervisor/manager level: Five (5) years
4. Knowledge and skills:
Must have a comprehensive knowledge/ experience of spa therapy and wellness programs and proficient in the use of Office programs, Hotel and Spa operating systems
5. Language: Fluent in English language
6. Preferred (if required): Expatriate
