Controls all Spa linen according to the department operation procedures.
Maintains close scrutiny and stock check of all cleaning materials and to advise the Assistant Manager when stock needs reordering.
Reports any maintenance/repairs needed or any defects in equipment or fixtures.
Ensure that all customers' needs with regards to cleanliness and hygiene are attended to promptly and efficiently by having a continual surveillance of the respective areas in the Spa.
Assists with removal or installation of equipment and furniture.
Sets up and dismantles equipment in areas for special activities and events.
Understands and strictly adheres to Rules and Regulations established in the Employee Handbook and the Hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene and health and safety.
Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
Responds to any changes in the Spa function as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.
Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required.
Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Must present a well-groomed appearance.
Ability to communicate fluently in the primary language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally. Fluent in English is encouraged.
Solid and professional communication skills, both oral and written.
Capacity to foster productive relations with peers and assure teamwork is the prevailing way to do business.
